Embark on a transformative journey at the world premiere of the 13th annual Adventure Film Festival & Street Fair at the historic Boulder Theater. It all begins at the Adventure Film Festival Kick-Off, held at Avery Brewing Company featuring frosty Avery Craft brews, tasty street tacos by McDevitt Taco Supply, film previews, and live music! Over the weekend, the Adventure Film School is hosting a two-day interactive photography and filmmaking workshop with world-class adventurers and industry leaders. Throughout the festival, the Boulder Theater will be presenting adventure films as well as live music, special guests and a raffle. Wild About Bats & Bugs Family Fireside Chat

Family Play Festival

Ages: Ages 0 – 5
Drop in and play, sing, read, write and talk at activity stations throughout the Main Boulder Public Library for the Family Play Festival. Families with young children (birth to age 5) enjoy interactive early literacy activities and take home crafts and great prizes as well as new ideas for family fun. Each station includes special activities for babies.
Erie Miner’s Blast

The Town of Erie‘s Miner’s Blast features a scary haunted house, a chance to sling the “flying gourd”, visit the children’s archery range sponsored by Cabela’s, ride the hayride, get lost in the maze and much more! Participants receive a complimentary pumpkin. Be sure to visit the seasonal food vendors and beer garden. Stroll down the streets filled with spectacular vintage cars at the annual Garage Rats Car Show, stop to watch the garden tractor pull and visit the petting zoo! Listen to local music from 1-4pm.

Edwina the Great and Her Amazing Traveling Flea Circus will be at the Louisville Center for the Arts with death-defying feats of circus artistry performed by the Brothers Kiramirov, Mattie the Mighty, Fifi the Fantastic, and Dave. Watch these miniature minions perform the High Dive of Doom, the Trapeze of Triumph, and the crowd-pleasing favorite, the Flea Cannonball! Absolutely NO DOGS ALLOWED! Seating is limited, these buggers are small.

Louisville’s Oktoberfest is back with its authentic Bavarian experience featuring traditional music & dancing, amazing food including pretzels, schnitzel, potato soup and more!
