Gobble, Gobble, Gobble, GO! Sign up to run one of the most scenic, fastest, 10k or 2 mile courses around, the Longmont Turkey Trot! 10K course also has a Wheelchair Division. Mindfulness for Kids

Where: A Mom’s Space, 424 E. Simpson St., Lafayette, CO
Time: Ages 5-7 meets from 10-10:45am, Ages 8-12 meets from 11-11:45am, Ages 13+ meets from Noon-1pm

Mindfulness for Kids classes focus on giving children the tools to learn to stay connected to their inner knowing, understand their personal space and help them connect to what is true and important for them – and let go of what isn’t! Presented in an age appropriate manner, this class will use familiar everyday imagery in fun visualization and meditation exercises, play games, sing songs and create art! Kids will explore their personal space, their energy, their bodies and spirits! Facilitated by Stacia Synnestvedt. Space is limited and fills up quickly, so register early!

Miller Farms is having a free harvest to close out the season on Sunday November 12th from 9-6. The farm still has potatoes, onions, carrots, brussel sprouts, cabbage and popcorn!! Bring your own bags and harvesting materials.
