Lafayette Oatmeal Festival

22nd Annual Lafayette Oatmeal Festival is a popular family event focusing on healthy lifestyle. A unique festival including an Oatmeal Breakfast, 5K Walk/Run and a Ninja Warrior Course. Oatmeal Breakfast will be held at Pioneer Elementary School. 5K Walk / Run starts promptly at 9:30 am at Colorado Music Festival & Center for Musical Arts. Dogs on leashes only. Boulder County Bombers Harry Potter Tournament

Where: Boulder County Fairgrounds, 9595 Nelson Rd, Longmont, CO 80501
Time: 5PM
Cost: Tickets are $15 at the door, or $13 if you buy ahead of time from your favorite BCB skater.
Join the Boulder County Bombers for a magical mix up roller derby tournament, Harry Potter New Year Roll Out Mix Up Tournament. Watch teams compete in the name of all four houses of Hogwarts. Doors open at 5 pm, first whistle at 6 pm. Each bout will be 2 20-minute periods. Colorado Craft Cocktails bar will be on site, where there will be beer & food for sale as well. This is a family friendly event.
Winter Trails Day Snowshoe Festival
When: Saturday, January 13, 2018
Where: Park and Ride Lot across from Glacier Basin off Bear Lake Road, Rocky Mountain National Park
Time: 10AM – 3PM
Cost: FREE event. Rocky Mountain National Park entrance fee applies.
Winter Trails Day is a free snowshoe festival with hundreds of demo snowshoes for adults and children; advice from snowshoe experts, demos snowshoes to try out and outdoor gear displays. Watch live igloo making demonstrations by Grand Shelters, from 10am – 2pm. Grand Shelters is rewriting the book on winter camping, providing resources and equipment to support your overnight winter adventure! Bring food and water.
Nature Nerds Family Club: Rainforest Explorers

Designed for interactive learning and play, WOW features a light & music room, an art room, a little clinic, a sandbox, a theatre area complete with costumes and stage and so much more!
