Join the Somatic Wilderness Therapy Institute for free weekly gatherings that focus on nature-based mindfulness practices and sensory awareness exercises. This is an opportunity to slow down, unwind, and come into the present moment with compassion and curiosity. This is an invitation to pause, listen, and explore. Come join us for a meaningful evening of nature-connection time. There will be time for wandering on the land and for inner reflection, as well as opportunities to share experiences with others if you choose to. More information is available here.
