Take your little sweetheart (ages 1 to 9) for a fun, fancy night of dancing at the Sweetheart Valentine’s Dance at the North Boulder Recreation Center. Register early – this event usually sells out.

Satisfy your sweet tooth at the Longmont Heart Throb 5K! This is the perfect event to do with friends, family or your special someone. Celebrate by running in your favorite red, pink or Valentine’s Day themed outfit. All racers get a long-sleeved race tee, timed 5K, free photos and some unforgettable memories! The charity partner at this event is OUR Center and all racers are encouraged to bring 5 non-perishable items for their mission.

Sometimes LOVE HURTS! The Boulder County Bombers will go head to head with FoCo Roller Derby in a doubleheader. At 6PM, see BCB’s Bombshells vs Foco’s MicroBruisers, then at 7:30PM see BCB’s Screamin’ Mimis vs Foco’s Punchy Brewsters. The event will feature great roller derby action, some fun Valentine’s themed events, and all the derby love you can handle! On hand will be a food truck, pizza, beer, and fine cocktails made from the spirits of local distilleries. Family friendly fun!

Enjoy an indoor, hour-long, science and nature-focused concert by Jeff and Paige at Boulder’s hippest hub for food, community and music, Rayback Collective. Expect live, original, nature-inspired music for kids, educational/hilarious skits, quick costume changes and tons of audience participation. There will be hot cocoa and coffee from Carabiner, pints, mules, sangria and a mystery AM cocktail all available for purchase. Stick around after the show for lunch at any of the 3 food trucks onsite! Food can be brought inside.
